"Walking to Bethlehem" DIY At-Home Pilgrimage (and Printable)

Today, we are doing something different on Catholic Travel U.S.A.: Walking to Bethlehem!

If only, right?

While walking to Bethlehem may not be doable right now, we can at least make a spiritual journey by walking the same distance Mary and Joseph traveled from Nazareth to Bethlehem.

During Advent, Megan from One Festive Mama and I will be walking to Bethlehem, and we invite you to join us!

Mother Mary and St. Joseph's trip spanned a whopping 90 miles, which we know is A LOT, so if you cannot feasibly do so from December 1st to the 24th, you can absolutely set a goal of how many miles you wish to walk.

To make your journey a little easier, here is a printable designed by Megan herself:

To make your journey even more spiritual, consider listening to something that deepens your faith along the way. Megan has suggestions in her post, but I plan to listen to Hallow's Advent series.

Please let us know if you plan to walk to Bethlehem with us - we would love to keep in touch and encourage each other along the way.

By the way, Megan has even more ideas for an at-home Advent pilgrimage - you don't want to miss it!
